The first term of the 2022/2023 academic session has ended on a great note of academic, moral, and spiritual excellence and the second term of the 2022/2023 academic session will commence on the 9th of January 2023. Hence, the call for you to note the following:
ACADEMIC WORKS: Parents should ensure adequate monitoring of the packaged academic work given to their children as holiday assignments (all examination questions). This will enhance and help them to retain the past and present works in their memory and also assist them in the next academic work. Also, they should be encouraged to read and write daily as this will replenish their reading and writing skills.
Field Trip: Our uncommon children shall be going on the excursion this term. And each student is expected to pay a sum of #8000 only. This educative trip will facilitate them to get familiar with what they were thought in their various classrooms. Hence, all payments should be made directly into the school accounts.
SCHOOL FEES: The bill (s) for school fees for the second term 2022/2023 academic session is attached to this newsletter. You are implored to pay the full school fee during the holiday as any child who happens not to have paid on the day of resumption may not be allowed into the school premises. Anyone that makes payments by cash does that at their own risk, as the school no longer accepts cash payments. You can only come with your evidence of payment.
UNIFORM/DRESS CODE: All students must always dress neatly in their school uniforms with a pair of blue socks and black shoes to match. Students with tattered uniforms are advised to pay the sum of N5500.00 for Primary, N7500.00 for Junior Secondary Boys and Girls as well as Senior secondary girls, and N13,000.00 for Senior Secondary Male students, otherwise, such students will not be allowed into the school. The charge for Jumat wear is N6,000.00 for Primary School and N6,000 for Secondary School.
Common entrance and LEC Registration: The LEC and Common Entrance Examination registration for Basic 5 will soon commence. And this cost N15000 only. The deadline for the payment is 22nd December 2023.
WAEC and NECO 2023: This is to notify our dear parents, having a child(ren)/learner(s) in SS3 that the charges for 2023 WAEC and NECO cost #70,000. The deadline for the payment is 22nd December 2023.
JAMB and Post UTME (2023): Calculus shall prepare and register the present SS3 students for JAMB and Post UTME 2023. Parents are to prepare for the registration through school.
School Madrasah: The school madrasah has now been rescheduled to hold within the school academic hours against the usual after-school madrasah program. Kindly ensure you buy their Madrasah textbooks for them.
TEXTBOOKS AND WRITING MATERIALS: Some parents refused to purchase some important textbooks and writing materials for their children last term. All Parents are advised to get the required textbooks for their children. For your Information School will not accept failure due to a lack of textbooks from 1st week of resumption and will not take the blame as well.
